The Offices at 510 Main in Gorham, is pleased to announce the addition of several new tenants. Kyle Bailey of Peachtree Strategies, a Gorham-based consulting firm, offers fundraising services to nonprofit organizations and political campaigns. Peachtree’s client, The Committee for Ranked Choice Voting, is also sharing space at The Offices at 510 Main.

Christina Downs and Audrey Austin of Authentic You Wellness, recently relocated their business to the Offices at 510 Main at The Old Richardson Place. Authentic You provides Massage, Health Coaching, Reiki and Essential Oil Wellness Services.

If you were unable to join us on February 5, due to inclement weather, please come to our Open House rain date on Friday, March 4, from 4-7pm to celebrate the historic restoration and office renovation of The Old Richardson Place.  The event will also feature an art exhibit “Fields and Farms” with paintings by local artists Kristine, Biegel, Sue Orfant, Michael Welch and Susan Mitchell. Today, a major renovation is underway to convert 4,500 sq. ft. into modern professional offices, all with shared common areas in the historic 19thcentury farmhouse.  In total, there are 25 offices at The Old Richardson Place, with sizes to accommodate a wide variety of leasing needs.  The general floor plan of the 1808 farmhouse has been maintained, while creating an effective and modern business environment.  The charm and character of the 1808 federal style farmhouse has been maintained, while creating an effective and modern business environment that will meet the needs of today’s business professionals.  We invite you to drop by and look for yourself.
